Almost perfect
The 52″ Westone MMCX Replacement Cable is ALMOST perfect. The cable delivers flawless signal to my Westone UM Pro30 IEMs – which are the best IEMs I have ever owned. I use mine every day, for long periods of time as I am hearing impaired and prefer the balanced arm analogue signal to the digital signal of hearing aids. Because I use them considerably more than on stage or in rehearsal, the cables get considerably more wear and tear in my daily routine and the wires wear at the right angle input to the stereo mini pin/jack. So I have to replace them more often than anyone using the MMCX cable for more normal stage and rehearsal or even occasional music enjoyment purposes.

Blown Away
The Fedex driver put it on my porch and did not let me know it was out there. We had a very bad windstorm, and it was blown away. Westone is not helping me. Anybody have the same problem???

It’s just a cable.
Truly one of the worst built cables I have ever owned – even after the upgrade they last about six months before breaking down. I’ve even ordered some and had them dead out of the box so the quality control is subpar for a premium price. I ended up finding a cable that lasts just as long on Amazon for about $10 and it has the exact same sound quality. If Westone is charging this much for a cable that probably costs them $5 to make they should at least have a better than 90 day warranty, or charge must less for the cable. If you own a pair of their earbuds and buy this cable yearly, which is more than likely, you’ll end up paying more in cable charges than the actual earbuds themselves. You could have bought a much better pair of earbuds with the money you’ll spend on this cable over and over and over again and probably from a company that won’t charge a huge amount for a cable that doesn’t last.

Great Company
Hands down the best in ear company as far as customer service goes. As a touring Monitor Engineer, I deal with a lot of different IEM manufactures. Westone has always been the top for customer service and they definitely have a solid product! I have a pair of ES30s that smoke my JH13s.. and those are twice the price. They actually contacted me to make sure this cable was going to make it to my hotel on time before they shipped it. That goes a long way for someone constantly on the move.

Very comfortable to wear all day yet provides adequate performance for my W60’s
These had come with my W60 IEM’s. I have been using them quite a bit. I use it both at my desk when I am on a conference call and also during when I am moving about using my Cowon DAPs. How comfortable are they? Well, let’s just say I yanked them while my W60’s are still connected to my desktop headphone amp. In other words, I often forget them I have them on.
As for the sound, they produce slightly warmer sound as likely the impendence is not ultra low, but I actually like the sound curves produced by these cables.
