Love your product
The product is great. The communication and customer service was very poor. I emailed multiple times and chatted on your website multiple times before finally hearing back that my product was on back order and I’d be refunded the overnight shipping. You’d think I’d get an email when it happened, not because of my multiple inquiries. Again, great products and I love especially my monitors, but communication is key.

Not sure I like them, once I have them on they’re great! But there’s nothing to hold the wire in , maybe I’m doing it all wrong, but they are not easy to put on! And while I’m commenting, I haven’t liked the tiny wires you’ve gone to on your IEMs, They are just a bit too fragile for the Price of the product.

Keeps my Westones in its place and feel snug on my ear but does have issues.
I had picked these up when it went at sale at 50% off. They are not only great for Westones but also for any other IEMs. Wires for each channel gets inserted over the top and bottom part rests over your ear. They keep the IEMs more stable in your ear and feels somewhat more comfortable also.
However, there’s one issue that has deterred me from using these recently. Cable guide does not secure the ear bud cables in place so you either need to hold the cable and guide while placing them over your ears, or constantly push the guide towards the ear buds as closely as possible. This is really inconvenient.
Would I buy this again. Probably not. But it’s the only product of its kind from what I can tell.
