Custom Fit FAQ's

After careful consideration, we have decided to close our US custom in-ear monitor business. As a result, we will no longer accept orders for new custom in-ear monitors after July 15, 2024.

Rest assured that if your order was placed on or before July 15, 2024, your order will be completed.

Please be assured that we will continue to honor our two-year warranty obligations for custom in-ear monitors sold on or before July 15, 2024.

Out-of-warranty repairs will still be offered for the foreseeable future and for as long as repair components remain in inventory.
