We are pleased to announce that our new state of the art custom monitor lab is now open. Originally located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado we recently moved to the plains of Fort Worth, Texas. Many of our technicians relocated to maintain quality and craftsmanship of our products.
With a combined 30 years of experience, our technicians deliver the highest performing custom in ear monitors on the market combining a perfect in ear seal, personalized artistic details, and accurate sound. Westone Audio strives to innovate. Not only are our products leaders in the audio industry for musicians, but our earphones can be enjoyed by everyone. Audiophiles and enthusiasts will hear the renowned Westone Audio sound signatures they know in a more personalized format. While most other companies use machines to “custom” craft their earphones, we custom craft by hand – every part of the process.
To give you an idea how the process works we’ve detailed it start to finish for you.
- Once your ear impressions are received at our lab, we get right to work.
- The first step is creating the mold.
- We make room for the internal components by carving a pocket in the mold.
- Once cleaned we install internal wiring as ordered.
- After a successful test of the earphones, we seal them shut. This ensures quality assurance.
- Once the whole procedure is complete, we prepare and put them in their case.
