Product Return/Repair Form

Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase from a Westone Audio authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility.

To return or repair your Westone Audio product, please fill out the form below and follow the instructions below to package and ship your product to us.

You will receive a reply email with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that we only accept a Product Repair request for custom Westone Audio products. Please follow the shipping instructions below:

  • Package the product securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Include your proof of purchase from an authorized Westone Audio retailer
  • Mark the RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send prepaid and insured through a trackable shipping carrier to:

How to Locate Your Serial Number

The AM Pro Series, UM Pro Series, S Series, W Series, and ADV Series all display the serial number on the stem.
The custom ES Series, AC Series, CR Series have the serial numbers displayed on the top of the earpiece (helix area).
The older UM legacy and W series do not have a serial number on them anywhere.
