Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)

Westone Audio offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the following Monday (or next business day).

International Shipping

Westone Audio ships internationally via expedited service at a flat rate of $45 USD. We do our best to collect the full import duties and taxes required at the time of payment. However, in some cases additional fees may be assessed by customs authorities in the destination country, and the customer is responsible for any such charges not collected at checkout.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are subject to customs processing in the receiving country.

Shipping Restrictions

Westone Audio currently ships to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions based on carrier availability. If we are unable to fulfill an international order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
